Gym finder built for people who train when they travel.
The problem: Every time you travel, you spend 45 minutes Googling "day pass gym [city]", clicking dead links, and calling places that no longer exist.
The solution: Iron Passport aggregates gym access options by city — day passes, drop-ins, and hotel gym alternatives — so you can find somewhere to train in under two minutes.
Approach: SEO-first. City landing pages are the highest-leverage growth lever. Each page targets a specific market with structured data, FAQ schema, and local intent keywords.
Stack: Next.js, SSR, Vercel, Cloudflare
Status: Active — 90-day SEO plan in progress. Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools configured. Canonical fixes deployed. City landing page build underway.
