Motus
The adaptive performance system for hybrid athletes — AI-periodized training and nutrition that re-plans every day around readiness, on iPhone and Apple Watch.

What it is: Motus is an AI-periodized training and nutrition system for hybrid athletes — runners who lift. It sits above the data you already collect (HealthKit, WHOOP, Oura, Strava, Google Health) and turns it into one plan: what to train today, what to eat tonight, and how hard to push this week.
The problem: Training data lives in five apps. Recovery in one, runs in another, food in a third. Nothing talks to anything else, and none of it tells you what to actually do next.
What's shipped:
- Program generation — 16-week blocks for marathon, Hyrox, hybrid, and longevity goals, periodized rather than templated.
- Daily Optimizer — re-plans each session from readiness and accumulated training load, so a bad night's sleep changes today's work.
- Adaptive nutrition — macro targets rebuilt every night from training load; meal logging by photo, barcode, or search.
- Motus Score — one readiness-and-progress index built from seven sub-scores.
- Workout player — a full-screen session with rest timers and last session's numbers beside every set (v2.1, September 2026).
- Apple Watch companion — workouts, heart-rate zones, and the next scheduled session on the wrist.
- Crew — invite training partners and bank free months.
Stack: iOS + watchOS, Supabase, HealthKit, RevenueCat, Claude API, Vercel.
Pricing: $24.99/month or $199.99/year after a 30-day free trial. Meal logging stays free either way.
